99 of three month subscribe plan not active

I was subscription to the cinema dosti but money was cut the subscription is not done for 3mths
Mine also same issue 2 times I have recharged mine email chandru.sh007@gmail.com
I have subscribe and payed amount of 99rs plz refund my money or give me subscriptions
