I closed my Flipkart Pay Later account on October 16, 2022, and received a confirmation email. However, I still see a personal loan from Flipkart Pay Later on my credit report. Despite emailing them, I haven’t received a response. When I try to connect via their phone number, I’m told that all executives are busy, and the call gets disconnected. The app’s help center always displays ‘ALL CHANNELS ARE BUSY,’ and I’m unable to reach the grievance officer’s phone number. I’ve wasted a considerable amount of time trying to resolve this.
