Hi Sir,
I had sold gold from my gold locker in google pay worth Rs. 3,25,102 on May 11. The gold has been debited from my account but i have not received the amount in my account. I have been contacting the customer support for the past two weeks but the technical support says “they are unable to get the status due to technical issues”. I wanted urgent money due to which i had sold the gold but it has been two weeks without any update on this issue. The app says that it will take 3-5 days for the amount to be credited but not received even after two weeks now.

I made a payment and its failed customer care number,9123326395 call me times but my amount was deducted. its 4 days delayed till date my deducted amount is not reflected in my account. all customer care dialing numbers are unreachable, my relationship manger always busy on another call & they not replied…?

Did u got your money back? same thing happened to me on 1st july 2020, it’s 1st august now i didn’t get my money back. And i have registered complaint more than 4 times. Their customer services didn’t respond satisfied actions. but my amount is not big as yours…..
Please help if u get your money back that what actions, i have to take to get my money back….
