We had called up at Vodafone customer care to inquire about International roaming pack for chile for both of our mobile numbers ( 9821023858 & 9820053277)and were guided to take IROAM free pack of Rs. 5000/- of USA and we have reconfirmed twice from the team that no extra charges will be charged to us except Rs. 5000/- but after 2 days of activation of the pack in Chile we got the message that Vodafone doesn’t have a tie-up with network partner in Chile and we will be charged at Standard rates. We immediately discontinued the services and after returning from chile we got a bill of Rs. 1,13,251/- & Rs. 1,02,922.81/- for using the Data services in Chile for 2 days. When the pack was suggested by vodafone team itself why we are made to suffer. We had even complained to vodafone vide complaint number 495472150 dtd 24/11/2018. Our outgoing services where also discontinued and upon paying 80% of the bill the services where continued.
