I ordered a pair of shoes from FLIPKART (Order ID:- OD427599704434588100) and it was delivered to me on 23rd march 2023, Because of size issue I requested for return and it was picked up by delivery partner on the next day (24th march 2023). On 24th march evening I received a message that your parcel is unable to pickup, but it was already picked from me. I contacted customer care and informed them about my issue. Since then, I have heard nothing from Flipkart or from the delivery partner. Flipkart customer support is continuously resolving my issue without giving me a call or without investigating the scenario. From that day (24th march 2023) I’ve been following up with the Flipkart customer support but no use.
It is completely unacceptable to provide such terrible customer service and leave a customer without a response for a long time.
Iam also attaching the video evidence below, in the video (At the middle part of the video) it is clearly showing that the parcel has been picked up by the pickup person. and also the image that shows I’m following up with the customer support and without investigating OR calling me Flipkart team is closing my issue. And till now my issue is still UNRESOLVED.
