My registered number is 9916660372, i raised request for intially 20 corporate connections on 6/03/2019 with Mr. RANJEET CHAUHAN

he asked me pay to one of the vendor some token money in paytm numer 9999161929 to book the connection, I paid 5K and agian he asked me to pay full amount 14K. Again after one he asked me company is not considering money paid in vendor account so pay in Company account and next day service engineer will come and refund the money, i obliged and made the payment to tatsky account. After repeated follow up between sales team and technical team i got 19 connections installed on 11/03/2019 but there was no signs of refund. And for another left out connection took 5 days to get fixed. I kept following no one responded on time.
Again i requested 11 connections since they already paid for 20 connections (twice) on 17/03/2019 and nightmare started since than i am following everyone technical team as well sales team twice in a day. Today they installing 8 connections as when i am writing this grievances. I have been thoroughly mentally harassed in order to get the Hotel connections. I lost business for 11 rooms from last 15 days.
