Dear Team,
My wife three’s time visited to AirTel office at Madipakkam ,Chennai regarding above subject but every time they are not support properly to customer, every time saying stuipped reason like OTP not working, office renewal and system slow. Each and every time we can’t travelling again and again for same issues the time is everyone preicious & travelling cost also.
Please look in to the matter and take necessary action other wise the world biggest worst service in AirTel office at Madipakkam.
