Sir,
I would like to inform you that in the email of Fancy Style look (fancystylelook@gmail.com) my order no #6305 for the product Appealing Elegant Look World Ethnic Trendy MultiColor Beautiful Casual Top – L × 1 has been ordered on 22/08/2020, and on 24.08.2020 I inform them that my given address against the order has been given wrong and hence I like to request you to change the existing address as
“Purba Sarkar, 399 Shahid Khudiram Bose Sarani, Jawpur, Panchanantala, Kolkata 700064, W.B., India“
to be changed in
“Purba Sarkar 399 Shahid Hemanta Kumar Bose Sarani, Jawpur, Panchanantala, Kolkata 700074, W.B., India“.
After this email I also contact with them with the second email i.e.
Hello sir,
Previously I sent you an email regarding change in address against order No. #6305 but no reply or update status of my order I have got from your side..
I am to request you to kindly look into the matter and give a proper reply.

after this email I also didn’t get any reply from there side
and today I also sent a 3rd email i.e.
Sir,
I am very sorry to say that in last 1 week I have sent 3 email regarding change of my address and till now I didn’t get any fruitful reply from you.
Therefore I request you to kindly take necessary action for cancellation of my previous order and return my money back.
Your act of negligence is very much disgraceful and I also assure you that I would not recommend anyone to shop anything from your site.
And I also wants to know that why your company provide this email for further contact as there is no one to give proper reply against my email.
Your prompt reply is highly needed.
