I Solicit that My name is B.Umakanth, Airtel No. 9966722055. I recharged Airtel of Rs.598/- through Airtel App on 20-04-2020 and valid upto 26-07-2020 – The Pack of Rs.598/- is 84 days of local and non locals is unlimited and 1.5 GB per day. But today i.e,. 15-07-2020, outgoing calls are disabled. Further i have recharged of Rs.20/- at that time also the outgoing call prices is deducted in Rs.20/- recharge. After completion of Rs.20/-, the outgoing calls are disabled. Further I tried so many times to register the complaint in Airtel vide No. CUMRC3071596152. But no response. Further I recharged of Rs.598/- for 84 days on 15-07-2020 afterwards the outgoing calls are connected. Hence I request the concerned authority kindly refund the amount or add the validity for outgoing calls.
