On 26 March 2020 i recharged my number 9814188149.
But the amount of Rs. 598 was cut from my credit card and till now its not credited into my account. I called Vodafone customer care but they don’t responded me proper. They said that they not receive any money but I sent them screenshot, my statement but still they not refunded my money.
I request you to please help me to refund my total Rs. 598 amount.
