I recharged but can’t able to use my talktime balance.

Jio company hase consumer terms and conditions in which describes that if we can’t recharge any plans than we can’t use our talktime balance which we have. But due to term of jio company we not able to use our talktime (validity is unlimited). We need to recharge any one plan to use it, why we recharge,if we have talktime (which is shown unlimited).

So, the terms and conditions of jio company is not good for consumers and also it’s against to our rights .

I called consumer care and asked them why can i not use my talktime balance if i have,they’re told me that, if u wanted to use your talktime balance (which you have already ) than go and recharge any plans.

So, why i recharge any plans if i wasn’t need it. why i can’t able to use my talktime balance which is already i have???????
