I received Wrong Product from Amazon India but still i didn’t receive any resolution!

Text of Complaint by Royali Soni:

Dear Sir
I’m Customer of Amazon India recently I  ordered 2 Food items and one perfume on Amazon.in and Amazon delivery me this 2  Food item on 26-march-2021 and one (perfume) (  Order #402-1712700-3242732)
was cancel due to deliver man .
I open them at the time of delivery…..In the 2 food items……  1 package has  5kg rs 4,579.     (Order #402-5080409-0211537)   almond that I ordered but there is a  very badly quality issue but next 2nd order.
(Order# 402-4336734-9384324) when I open that was look very small at outer side but still I open …I totally surprised in the package have Salt packets (infact the all Salt packets weight is only 5kg and I ordered 15kg almonds…..also at the outer side on the box has written 15kg. ) infact in the box I also received a NOTE from seller that is( “”I TRIED TO CONTACT YOU . IT LOOKS LIKE A FAKE ORDER.IF IT’S A GENUINE CUSTOMER PLEASE CONTACT 8387078938“”) than I call this number and I share everything to him after he said that I can’t do anything else this was doing by your courier team ,they are doing again and again in your area.
Than I call to amazon.in customer care service after I share them everything else including pictures and videos……than they told me to help me and they keep me relax and they also told me that Add  your bank account details for refund as we immediately please process your both 2food items refund in your bank account without any delay and I also told them for seller than they promised me to take appropriate action on the seller .
Than I contacted them after 3-5 days because I don’t getting my refund in my bank account  . At the call they told me that we want to do investigation  of these products than I tell them okay do your thing I wait because I’m right on my place than after a week when I contacted them they denied to proceed my refund i asked them on which behalf you told me this thing than  they replied that we investigated and we found that we deliver your product successful than I asked that how it is possible if your team complete the investigation but I  can’t received any call from your investigation team or them didn’t come at my house after they give a reason that was  so irritating….They said that we complete this investigation by seeing your account like in your account in cancel 1order that was a perfume ( as I already share with you earlier that this was cancelled due to deliver man ) by giving this reason they can’t even try to help me or infact I requested them to do complete investigation so they clear they doubt because if they do complete investigation so they obviously know who the culprits because I’m surely right on my place so obviously I wana complete investigation …..
I request them to create again an investigation with complete process like check with couriers or deliver man but they denied or told me that we do one time investigation only….?????? Seriously??????????? These answers are tooo irritating they didn’t fear anything because Customers money are in loss they don’t miss anything they can take their sallery in the every month.
And the fake fraud seller continue to doing this Fraud to customers because these  3rd party sellers support by the Amazon.in
Now this is my Request to you for More support to these fraud seller to doing continue there fraud illigal activities as these are 3rd party seller….
I’m belong from middle class family and this amount means alot for us.

request– I WANT My full amount that i pay to the delivery boy at the time of delivery.

I’m a genuine and loyal customer………  Think once if I’m not get my resolution than can i trust or Or buy something from Amazon India?????

If After reading this if You are not helping us….Than I directly open this matter at Social Media as I have all proofs of Amazon.in Fraud by Seller with the support of Earth Most Customer care Company.
