I ordered apple airpods on amazon on 1 june 2023. order no 403-2355073-6353910 upon arriving i received used product in the box then i contacted amazon support. They first said i would get my refund/replacement and arranged a return for the product on 11 june 2023 . After 10 days of returning the product they said they can’t give me refund or replacement. Because the item that they pickup from me on 11 jun was not the same the delivered on 5 june 2023 . But how can return original product if i received used product in the first place . I have unboxing video dated 5 june the day of delivery in which it can be seen that i have received a used product.
