I ordered shoes from crankyshoevilla on 21st October 2023. He asked me to pay 200 in advance and rest at the time of delivery. I received the delivery on Tuesday in the evening. When I opened the box surely I received the wrong product. Just then i messaged him with a video and asked him for a refund he told me he would refund it that time only but I didn’t receive any. I again messaged him he said he would do it in the morning and then when I messaged him he didn’t answer any of my text. I need my money back. The order was of 1700.
