I received stones in delivery package instead of watch I ordered. I called Amazon team for refund and process. They asked me to wait for 4 to 5 days. After that when I connected with them they immediately say sorry we can’t proceed with your refund due to policy. It’s 4K watch and nobody is taking responsibility from Amazon side. Their customer care asked to wait for 2 minutes then disconnect. They don’t have any higher department.
