A week ago I was ordered RS-36299 phone 12 in excellent condition and yesterday my phone was delivered but the back glass of these phones was broken and the display was popping outwards, sometimes the face ID was not working I am very disappointed because I ordered the phone in excellent condition please help me in this case please I am not helped to cashify I am almost going to the store today but they Didn’t help, so cashify replace my phone almost cashify store or refund my money
