I ordered a OnePlus earphone amount is 1999 INR on 7th August 2020. Amazon send me package on 10th August. I open the box and seen that nothing in the box only empty OnePlus earphone box is here. I want help and I contect Amazon customer service they give me answer that we refund your money 16th August but not and after than they said that we refund your money 26tb August. But thay nothing send me and say that we sent this product properly. please help me.
