I had ordered purpet cat food and hide and seek biscuit . But when delivery guy came with the order it was entirely different. I spoke to delivery guy. He couldnt understand my language . As he was kannadiga even i couldn’t understand him. So i told him okay u put it delivered i will put in swiggymart as wrong item. But the customer team are telling me they can’t provide replacement or refund . I tried too much but they werent willing to help . Kindly help me getting my refund or replacement.
