Order id:239950319619 i ordered an cotton black anarkali kuthi pant and duppatta set of Rs807 on 2nd February 2023 and received on 5th February when i opened it i was shocked that i got totally different product where i got 2used plazo pants with white and yellow coloured with printed on instead of black anarkali and i initiated return and complained many times but they till now rejecting my return request by saying me Quality check is not matching and the image given was not matching. I called and again and agaim asked for NON Quality checkup because it was totally different one how can it be matched when they gave wrong product. The delivery boy also got to known that image was not removed and he himself sent me otp without meeting to pickup the product and put on hold and he himself updated that i wanted replacement/refund first so he put on hold and cancelled my product pickup thrice. At last i called and given complaint and they are cancelling my return request again and again and saying QC is not matching. Till now they didn’t picked the return and my problem is not solved.
2. Order id: 569927717323 i ordered front hook bras with pack of 3 which cost 268Rs on 3rd February and got on 7th February when my mom opened product she received only 1 and remaining 2are missing i ordered with choosing option defective and wrong products. Even though i asked exchange but they have asking for Quality checkup where 3should be there then only the product will be picked up…when i got only 1quantity then from where should i get 2more to approve Quality checkup till now iam complaining them for exchange or return but they are just saying QC is not matching. And the options of return and exchange are showing your number of attempts are exceeded for return/ exchange. This is what they showing.
3.order id: 537107012518 i ordered jewellery set of Rs140 on 18th january 2023 and received on 23rd january when i opened it i got only neck piece and earrings are missing and the chain is different in colour and design when i made exchange they rejected because of Quality checkup i made them for return but they cancelled again when i complained they provided me ticket no. On 24th January but didn’t got pickup again i complained again they provided ticket on 28th january same on February 2nd and 6th i got mail as wait for 3-4working days will get back to you till now then made me fool when i called today they are just saying your return date is closed mam there are no complaints here the ticket no is not found sorry mam for the inconvenience this is what responded to me till now my problem is going on and i lost 1215Rs totally and my time lost as iam a student they made me to wait fors hours by keeping my call in hold
