I am making this complaint on behalf of my mother.
‘I received a saree via Delhivery which I didn’t order on 4th September 2023
I received it via COD with my name on the package along with the address.
I received and paid for the parcel thinking that my daughter has ordered for me.
Later I checked with her and found out that not she or anyone else has ordered it.’
