A delivery partner came to my place with a cash on delivery parcel. I paid ₹582 and received it, on opening it contained a black random cloth which I never ordered. Now I am not able to return it, as I don’t know from where it was ordered. I called the delivery partner and asked him to return, he asked me to call his manager who is asking my personal information. This is clearly a scam, please help. The product was delivered from the courier “shadowfax”. The company name is mentioned AEPL. I don’t know how they know my name & delivery address.
