Text of Complaint by Sushain Shangloo:
I had ordered a JBL Flip4 speaker on Amazon India app. I received the order and the product was totally fake. I raised a complaint on customer service and they assures me an investigation and replacement in due course of time. Now that I speak to them, they refuse to replace it and tell me that they had sent an orignal speaker from there end. I had paid ₹6999 online through amazon app and I have been cheated by them. They have mentally harassed me with there action and I request an immediate action against them.
