I purchased a product from https://www.o3plus.com/ and i received it on 30th Oct 2023. When i opened it, the solution was totally frozen it should be semi liquid like cream. I send out email with picture and video on the same day, an autogenerated mail replied as mentioned it take 24 – 72 hours to resolve it but neither it is resolved nor any action taken.
