I have ordered Vega curler from zepto. in just 10 mins they delivered me the damaged product yes delivery was fast because the product is damaged that curler is not working wires are defected . I have been trying to reach them since 1 am but no solution.(Divya) This female is BIGGEST Fraud. This female from the customer support she kept asking me for the video . I have mailed them a video many times like manyy manyy times . It’s been night I am mailing them a video of curler. But they always say we haven’t received any mail and video on chat from your side. the curler cost 1300 rupees and then I talked to their team leader but still there is no solution I found he said take your product to vega support team and that’s all . NOT a single man helped me with this NOT even once . They irritated me very well . and I know they enjoyed this . Please respond or i stop ordering from the zepto. I recommend BLINKIT is far better than THIS . They always respond and resolve the issue very fast. I want a revert and resolution all the way I will post it on Twitter and LinkedIn.
