Text of Complaint by Mohd Shahnawaz:

am writing to express my disappointment regarding the ongoing delay in the exchange process for my order no. 218886. I had initiated the exchange due to a size issue and placed a request for a different size.

However, the pickup for the return item has been repeatedly rescheduled without my consent. The pickup authorities have been falsely claiming that the reschedules were made by me, which is completely untrue. Despite multiple confirmations and waiting for the pickup on the scheduled dates, the item has not been collected yet.

I had high expectations from Zeal Raincoat, but this experience with your customer service has been quite frustrating and disappointing.
