I purchased Sony earbuds in an electronics shop, and I ordered earlier bud covers from Flipkart. However, Flipkart delivered the wrong size cover. I initiated a return, and the executive came and collected the earbud cover and earbuds. He is also asking my mother for earbuds. So my mother is uneducated, so he had given earbuds also. So the next day I will raise the complaint to Flipkart customer care, and I visited the Flipkart hub and raised the complaint. The Flipkart team said you will get your product, but you will have to wait for 2 or 3 days. But also, for most of two month over there was no response, a very irresponsible reply from the Flipkart team.
