I purchased order to ajio order name performance shoes and the shoes quality is not good that’s why I return the shoes and ajio member come and pickup my shoes and after 20 days my refund is not sent then I call ajio customer care he says your pickup is not done your pickup request is cancelled and and I don’t have your order plz help me
