i purchased an item from amazon – beat XP Adjustable Cushioned Seat, Non-Slip Pedals, and Fixed Handle Air Bike Exercise Cycle Full Body Workout Gym Fitness Cycle Machine 1F (Grey) from your order 408-8790481-3980330. This item had a manufacturing defect, I sent some pictures for the same they took me complaint and asked me, for replacing it with the same item.
I got agreed on it and waited for it to take it back. I purchased it on around 7th-11th April. 1st Item came around the 14th, this was defective I sent photos of it they took it back around the 18th I guess. or around this day, and gave a replacement.
They again sent me a damaged and tilted piece I was upset and asked for a refund and sent few pictures along. they agreed to pick that up. but they took 10 days and took it around 26th.
After that, they never refunded me the amount by saying the product or item they have received is incorrect and the box was open.
my complaint is, how would I will understand the product until I will not see it.
I did open the box and as saw the first thing, which was, the middle part of a cycle where the seat is placed. And that piece itsekf was tilted. Iron was tilted. already.
And now Amazon is saying we can’t refund you back. cycle was around 5 k
