I purchased a Faber chimney at Amazon and I received a damaged one. So I requested for the replacement of the same item , because I have made my kitchen interior according with this chimney specifications. When I raised the replacement of the item Amazon is telling that replacement is not possible only refund is possible. I don’t need refund but I need replacement. I have booked this item as it is applicable for replacement otherwise I would not have been booked this.
