Hi Sir,
I had purchase gold from google pay in Gold locker worthRs. 501 on 2nd December 2020. The amout has been debited from my account but i have not received the gold in my account. I have been contacting the customer support for the past two weeks but the technical support says “they are unable to get the status due to technical issues”. The app says that it will take 3-5 days for the amount to be credited but not received even after two Month now.
