I placed a prepaid order on 30july 2023 for Rs2840/- but I have yet not received the order yet and neither any response from the website. No tracking of order available and all the contact details provided are fake and unresponsive.
I have tried mailing..wats app and calling them numerous times but no response.
My order number is 86495, order date is 30 july,2023. My payment is done successfully but the order is not accepted . The application display shows the order is failed . But my payment is deducted from my paytm bank account. Coz the payment of Rs2840/- with my Upi id is 8447842462 paytm bank. I have send the attatchment so please check this images Here is proof. So i want to request you my problem is resolved as early as possible, coz this is my first time to buy this product at your website but my first experience is very bad with you . Please resolve my probelm
