I payed an amount of 5000 via paytm to this hotel. When i asked to cancel they refused.

Text of Complaint by Purvi Baranwal:

I contacted this hotel through whatsapp. They asked me for a 5000 pre booking amount which i payed thorugh paytm. Later they called me and asked me to enter some type of “code” in the amount section of paytm and asked me to click on pay. When i refused he said it is a part of the registration. I asked for my money back and asked to refund my payment and cancel my booking. The yagain asked me to enter 5000 in the amount section of paytm. when i refused they said i cannot return your money then and cut the call. I am trying to reach them again but they keep cutting the call and not answering.
