Hi,
My name is Salim and on the 12th Sept.2022 i had booked a room at OYO thru their website and paid Rs 900/- and got the booking [Booking ID is: BYOM1333] when i went to the hotel i was told that there is no booking and they cannot give me the room through OYO. So, i made a number of calls to OYO and at the end they said Sorry. The room is not vacant and they will refund my money with 14 days, from that day i was waiting to get the money back and till date which is 22.11.2022 i have not received the money from them. They have cheated me and i had paid for the taxi to reach that hotel and paid for going to next hotel also. So, please assist me in getting my money from them with due compensation.
