I ordered customized neon light names of worth ₹1499 on 13 january 2023 in Instagram page sushmanugiftsgallery / Indias_customized_gifts. I contacted them on Instagram first and texted on WhatsApp no 7067284997 they fist said it will delivery by 24Jan 2023 & I waited for delivery. Again I contacted them why is was delay, they said shipment charges not paid so I again paid ₹459 to number 7047776605. Now its been 1 month they are saying some stories will give tracking Id today, tomorrow like that. Now they are not responding to calls and messages in WhatsApp.
