Text of Complaint by Mudhaseer S:

I got Paytm postpaid limit ₹4000. July 7th was my due date. And I paid my repayment before due date on 4th July my payment was successful but not credited on my Paytm postpaid account and again I repayment on 5th of July as same as before my payment was successful but not credited on my Paytm postpaid account and again I paid on 7th of July because it’s my due date as same as before my payment was successful but not credited to my Paytm postpaid account. 8th of July I received message from Paytm postpaid that is my due is pending and it’s overdue so that after this I paid all my full payment of Paytm postpaid that shows me how much have to pay. I contact customer care number there is no knowledge to solve this issue , chat bot also not solved my issue. So again I paid my full payment to Paytm postpaid account but still the issue is not solved. I total paid to Paytm postpaid is ₹4274 (four thousand two hundred and seventy four rupees). I kindly request to please solve this issue and take care about my credit and cibil score as soon as possible
