I purchased a mobile from Flipkart site on the big billion day sale. Purchase date is 17 th Oct, promised date to deliver the product is 31st Oct, but till now they did not delivered the product, I am continuously contacting flipkart team on the same on a daily basis, they are not at all helping, more over they are requesting me to cancel the product,  if I cancel the product it’s a loss for me around 2500,
