I paid the 1st installment amount Rs.5000/- in Nest matrimony by signing on an agreement paying the rest amount Rs.12000/- on marriage fixing date . So altogether the assisted service plan costs Rs.17000/-. Its been 3 months now and they are not providing any assisted service. I need to go into the matrimony site and need to check the profiles and call the brides family directly .This is the only facility I’m getting from Nest matrimony for which 17000 is not required. I request the legal authority to take action on this and ask the matrimony to pay me back the money which I paid for them and debar the agreement which I signed. I hereby attaching the photos of the agreement which I signed and also the receipt. of the online payment I made.
