I Have taken vodafone new sim connection on 30th December 2023. By vodafone executive he was very arrogant. My Sim only Worked for 1 week but Vodafone charged me from 22nd December 2023 to 22nd January 2024 saying as my 1st bill cycle. I paid bill on vodafone app. Many complaints were done to executive for my disconnection of sum in January 2024 but none helped .on 17 I emailed ceo ,zonal and nodal officer no help.was given and then on vodafone chat I spoke to many and customer care I was irritated. ON 17TH Vodafone executive called and said ur Sim is active .I used my Sim from 17 to 22nd January 2024. February and March bill I paid on 22nd March 2024. I was not getting any help from vodafone because I was tired of postpaid services I asked them I have to convert in vodafone prepaid customer care executive was not helpful didn’t gave me nearest store address and whoever I called on vodafone stores got from google search none picked my calls.. I kept on co.plainong and I decided to port my number to jio on 27th March 2024.I called vodafone customer care for porting my Sim. They said I have to pay bill again from 22nd March 2024 to 31st March 2024 then I can port. I saw bill on Vodafone app it was 122 Rs I paid by bank upi to vodafone app on 31st March 2024 it’s mentioned in bank statement. I have submitted document bill sms given yo me on 1st April on sms by Vodafone was 122 Rs . I have submitted my documents to vodafone and jio 7th times still they are asking me to pay 198 Rs extra.Vodafone is harassing me on calls and sms of paying bill 198rs from 10th April 2024 till now . I called many times on vodafone postpaid customer number after 10th April 2024 they said there is mo such bill ypu bill is paid it’s error messages. I called jio postpaid twice in last week of April 2024 to say that i am being harrassed by vodafone after paying yhe bills. Jio from one week started harrassing me on sms to pay billsor they will cut my prepaid services. This is my vip number i purchase for 590 extra. Vodafone is saying i have pay bills for April entire month because i port in jio prepaid on 1st April 2024.I believe all customer care calls are recorded by call centre .Now both the operator Vodafone and Jio are mentally harassing on calls and messages I am tired I have migrane issues and my bp is getting low .
