I ordered a fossil watch for my cousin in banglore on 30/11/2020 and she got the delivery on 8/12/2020, it was a gift from me to her and when she opened she found empty watch box ! She works in hospital as she is a doctor and she had her colleagues with her as eye witness! I called myntra and raised the issue with in 1 hour and got an update on 10/12/2020 stating that my claim stands declined and after that i raise the issue again and again for 4 or 5 times and they declined all times! I dont know what else to do , does this mean we consumers are so cheap to make fake allegations? I need justice! I want myntra to pay me my money or give me the watch! Please help me out!
