Dear Faction Hub Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding an order I recently placed through your Instagram account. On 10/05/2023. I ordered two pairs of cargo pants (Order ID: STMT05OCT4514). However, upon receiving the products, it has become evident that defective and counterfeit.

I have identified several issues with the cargo pants I received:
1. Counterfeit Product: The pant I received do not meet the quality or specifications that were advertised on your Instagram account. It is evident that these products are counterfeit, which is not only misleading but also illegal.
2. Defective Items: The pant have fully damaged I am deeply disappointed by the quality of the products and the fact that I received counterfeit goods. As a customer, I trusted your Instagram account to provide authentic and high-quality items, but this experience has left me unsatisfied.

In light of these issues, I kindly request the following actions:
Full Refund: I request a full refund of the purchase price for the two pairs of cargo pants, including any associated shipping fees.

Confirmation: I would appreciate confirmation of my refund request and a timeline for when I can expect to receive the refund.

I hope that Faction Hub takes this matter seriously and promptly addresses the issues raised. Please respond to this email at your earliest convenience to acknowledge my complaint and provide instructions for returning the items and processing the refund.
