Problem facing : EMI PROBLEM
I ordered the product Mi 5A 80 cm (32 inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Audio (2022 Model)
32 Black, through flipkart pay later EMI they deducted the money from my Flipkart EMI pay later Account , then I canceled the order same day for change the mobile number in the ordered address , even after i canceling the product they did not still refund my money to my Flipkart EMI pay later account.
I am facing this problem for almost a month and have complained to customer care many times about this but I have not got any solution yet.
Last one month I have completed many times but they every time asking the details about my problem and they extend the dates for solution, but still the problem is not solve to me.
I am humbly request you to help me.
I am already paying monthly EMI for the products purchased through Flipkart EMI PAY LATER ACCOUNT, and now the bill has been generated in my Flipkart EMI pay later account along with the product which I canceled on 7th August last month.
