I have complain about a Channel(Channel Name-Jay jagannth(odia channel) add on my Airtel Dth but,Every time i call customer care they tell me i write a feedback to my office thats it,so many customers raise a complain about add this channel then company would be add,2/3 month time have all the dth operator/cable operator add this channel but Airtel dth not add,The only solution give customer support to me is soon add soon add 2/3 month… please help me about it.
