I ordered the laptop on 3rd from flipkart which was delivered on 8th.But the laptop screen had a pixel dead problem.After that I put it in for replacement.Even after getting technician visit and approval on 14th. Even after getting the technician visit and approval, it is still showing pending on their app. Even after my repeated complaints, no help is being provided to me from their side.
