I ordered my product (Apple iPhone 15 blue 128gb) through flipcart and seller TREASURE HAUL ONLINE on 16 February 2024 at 12:32am and payment also done through hdfc credit card of amount 62,147 and product delivery date is 17 February but on the evening of 16 February 6:44pm my product canceled by seller without my permission or aware of any phone call.
I contact the flipcart customer care to know why my product canceled and they told me that seller did this due to price error and seller refund the amount. How a seller canceled the product without knowing the customer. I think the price is hike on next day that’s why. because I ordered that phn in 62147 and next day price is hiked by 72,999.
So please help me to find the solution..
