I ordered one plus bluetooth on 14th september which cost 9990. Which I received on 21st September and I complained to the company due to receiving the wrong goods and the company people gave me the solution to return the goods but the courier service people of the company did not come to pick up the goods and canceled the pick up. Saying that the customer refused to return the same, this process happened 11-12 times and till now the courier has not picked up the same, then I re-ordered the same (one plus) bluetooth at another location on 20 November, which I received on 24 Delivered on november but i got wrong item again due to which i called the company and complained against the courier but the company says that you have been sent the correct product from our side and the delivery boys check the same in the delivery office The company says that they deliver the goods only after checking but the goods can be changed between the time after checking from the delivery office and reaching me, whatever details I have, I can share please sir Or madam, I should return my goods and get my money back.
