I ordered Mobile Samsung Galaxy S23 FE on 7th Oct 2023, after using 5 days device getting over heating(when you just using 10 mints by calls, browsing, Youtube..etc).

We complaint as a defect with over heating on 14th Oct(that’s my last replacement date). Thier arrange technician on 15th with home visit , but thire not come home visit , by phone call test diagnosis the my Mobile with one apk , after completed diagnosis, their also highlight same issue like your device getting over heating around 42 to 43 degrees. And thire suggest we will arrange the replacement of new device tomorrow like 16th. But after call drop not getting replacement order in my orders screen, again call to Amazon customer care number – there simply toled you your device their issue and our technician also submitted as comments. But I’m asking my issue their simply tell your replacement date closed we can’t help.

Key points from my END
1. I raised complaint 14th before ending replacement date
2. Technician not coming my home
3. The technician by call by promised to arrange replacement
4. And the technician tested diagnosis report not submitted to Amazon
5. Now no response to my issue
