This is in reference to the recent purchases I made on Amazon. order# 406-3796424-1797144 for OPPO A31 (Mystery Black, 6GB RAM, 128GB Storage).
On 21st Oct 2021 I received my order from courier boy and I opened box infront of courier boy and No mobile box inside package and I found one speaker inside this box.
I immediately took the pictures and made video and called customer service and I was updated that they will be updating me by 26th October. I called customer service on 25th October to find if there is any resolution as this was a suffocating feeling for me. But no I did not have any update on the 25th and I was asked to take an update on 27th October.
On 26th Oct I called the customer service again and had a word with Customer care from the concerned team and she updated me that the investigation was done and according to them the package was delivered in a perfectly good condition which was useless for me because you guys did not have any artifact if the package was delivered fine or not. And when I asked her to transfer the call to her senior team she was very adamant about not transferring it to the senior team and was continuously asking me to understand that Amazon cannot help with anything. NOW MY POINT IS I TRUSTED AMAZON AND PAID 10,341/- FROM MY POCKET AND WHEN AMAZON COULD NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT THEY EXPECT ME TO BEAR THE LOSS OF SUCH A HIGH AMOUNT. This is totally unacceptable
