I ordered for the Smart Watch Beat Q11 Pro Smart Watch. As shown on their website. But I got a normal watch. Help me get my refund 990 / -. Serial number 8686619 was booked on 5 December 2019. Which I got on 12 December 2019 by giving 990 cash to deliver boy.
