On 1 oct 2023 I clicked on the ad from “The clothing Shop” and decided to buy 2 pair of cargo pants, amounting ₹899/- in total.
Today when I received my package, the parcel contained two very old, used and torn jeans(instead of cargo pants) they are torn all over no zip is there, all in utter disastrous condition , kindly help me to please get a refund as it was a CASH ON DELIVERY . Please help me resolve this issue ASAP. Thanking You.
