I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration regarding an order I recently placed with https://oxbarinternational.com/products/oxbar-g8000. On 15 August, I ordered 2 vapes from their online store, order number [#ob23296]. However, upon receiving the package on 21 August 2023 I was horrified to discover that the contents of the package were not what I had ordered.

Instead of receiving the vapes I had ordered and paid for, I received a package containing honey bottle. This mix-up is not only unacceptable but also highly misleading and fraudulent. I trusted brand and made my purchase with the expectation of receiving the products I had ordered. I know I got scammed because I checked many complaints on this company now.
